Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using TIM — This Is Me (“TIM,” “the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service. These Terms apply to all users of TIM, including visitors, registered users, and subscribers.

2. Eligibility

• •You must be at least 18 years of age to use TIM
• •You must be legally permitted to use online dating services in your jurisdiction
• •You must not have been previously banned from TIM for violations of these Terms
• •By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements

3. Account Rules

When creating and maintaining your TIM account, you agree to:

• •Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• •Maintain only one account — multiple accounts are not permitted
• •Keep your login credentials confidential and not share your account
• •Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account
• •Use your real identity — impersonating another person is prohibited
• •Not create an account if you are a convicted sex offender

4. Content Policy

You are solely responsible for the content you post on TIM. You agree NOT to post:

• •Nudity, sexually explicit content, or graphic violence
• •Content that harasses, threatens, or demeans other users
• •Spam, promotional material, or commercial solicitations
• •Content that infringes on intellectual property rights
• •Misinformation, defamatory statements, or false representations
• •Content involving minors in any inappropriate context
• •Malware, phishing links, or harmful code

TIM reserves the right to remove any content that violates these guidelines and to suspend or terminate accounts accordingly.

5. Subscription Terms

5.1 Free Trial

New users receive a 7-day free trial with full access to all TIM features. No credit card is required to start the trial. After the trial period, a subscription is required to continue using the Service.

5.2 Paid Subscription

TIM Premium is billed at $9.99/month. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date. You can manage and cancel your subscription via Settings → Subscription or by contacting support.

5.3 Refunds

Subscription fees are generally non-refundable except where required by applicable law. If you believe you have been charged in error, contact Mytim4u@gmail.com within 7 days.

6. Intellectual Property

TIM and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by TIM and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of content you post, but grant TIM a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, display, and distribute your content solely in connection with providing the Service.

7. Termination

TIM may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Grounds for termination include, but are not limited to: violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or behaviour that endangers other users.

You may delete your account at any time from Settings → Danger Zone. Upon deletion, your data will be removed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

TIM is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. We do not guarantee that you will find a match or form a relationship through the Service.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TIM shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, even if TIM has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you for any claims arising from use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to TIM in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Third-Party Social Media Links

TIM allows users to optionally display links to their personal accounts on third-party social media platforms, including but not limited to Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, Twitter/X, LinkedIn, and Snapchat (“Third-Party Platforms”).

• •TIM is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any Third-Party Platform
• •Social links are provided voluntarily by users and represent their own personal accounts
• •TIM does not access, collect, or store any data from Third-Party Platforms on your behalf
• •TIM is not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or policies of any Third-Party Platform
• •Any interaction that occurs on a Third-Party Platform is governed solely by that platform's terms and policies
• •Users who choose to connect with others outside of TIM do so at their own discretion and risk

The display of social media platform names or icons within TIM is solely for user identification purposes and does not imply any partnership or affiliation with those platforms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which TIM operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law.

12. Changes to Terms

TIM reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
